Evidence-based tools and techniques to help you thrive in challenging times.
July 20, 7:30 - 9:00 PM EST.
The science of happiness matters regardless of external circumstances. It matters because it can help us increase our levels of wellbeing when things are going well. It matters even more because it makes us more resilient, helping us through tough times.
World-renowned expert Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar will introduce evidence-based interventions that, beyond strengthening our psychological immune system (mental resilience), also bolster our body’s immune system (physical resilience).
The lecture is ninety minutes long and followed by Q&A. While Dr. Ben-Shahar will present some of the latest research findings in the field, the primary focus of this lecture is providing you with tools and techniques that can help you navigate these challenging times, personally and interpersonally, at home and at work.
