"Certainly accelerate a happy life..."
This is a programme that will certainly accelerate a happy life.
As a professional coach, human resource development and organisational consultant myself, I have attended numerous training programmes. I recommend the HSA course to many people, not only for the specific research and examples of wellbeing and Happiness, but also for the actual wisdom it offers us in our day-to-day lives. And indeed, it contains many Happiness initiatives that can be used in everyday life and in the workplace. Happiness is not just about feeling positive all the time, but about savouring a range of emotions and allowing ourselves to be who we are, whatever we are. Dr Tull teaches those things very clearly in terms of SPIRE. I am truly honoured to be part of this programme.

"Its been a fabulous learning journey"
"The CiHS course is one that's an extensive study on the subject of happiness. I pursued it with an intent to elevate my happy state and the key takeaways for me have been that I've started focussing on maintaining a happier state of mind, being content yet aspiring, being able to segregate challenging feelings(like anger/sadness/frustration etc) from happier ones, and living those only for the moment its needed, coming back to the NORMAL happy state almost always. Its been a fabulous learning journey, equipping myself with a processed and well researched outline on how we can take a holistic route towards coaching the same. I sure look forward to continuing the journey of learning and coaching."
